PEPPER CHICKEN


                          Pepper Chicken

Ingredients:

chicken : 1 / 2 kg
ginger paste : 1 tsp
garlic paste : 1 tsp
garam masala : 1 / 2 tsp
tomato puree : 2 tsp
freshly chopped coriander leaves : 2 tsp
pepper corns coarsely ppwdered : 1 tsp
curry leaves : few
oil : 2 tsp
salt to taste

Instructions:

1. cut the chicken into small pieces
2. make slits and add pepper , salt , ginger garlic paste , garam
masala, mix it and marinate for 4 hours .
3. fry the chicken pieces until they turn brown.
4. fry curry leaves in same pan , add ginger , garlic paste and sauteit.
5. add chicken , marinade coriander leaves and remaining garam
masala.
6. add 1 / 2 cup hot water , and cover it and cook on low flame for
20 minute .
7. garnish with coriander and pepper powder
