Soft Chappaties
Ingredients:
Atta : 1 cup
Water: 1 / 2 cup
Milk : 2 tbsp
Oil: 2 drops
Instructions:
Mix 2 tbsp of milk with 1 / 2 cup of water, add 2
drops of oil into it . Mix it well and boil the
mixture for few minutes , now take atta ( flour ) in
a bowl and start to make it dough .
Add the mixture of water , milk and oil time to time to make the
dough . finally the dough is ready. Now make few balls with the
dough .
Take a ball , flat it with your hand little bit , add some dry flour on the
flat board also . Now make the ball flat in a round shape ( roti ) on the
flat board .
Repeat the same process for the rest of the balls .
Now put the chappathi on heated tawa fry one side of the chappathi
for few seconds , now turn it over .
Fry the other side of the chappathi now for little bit more seconds
than the other side.
Now dislplace the tawa little bit and fry the chappathi on the bare
flame of the oven for few seconds on both sides . Your soft and 2
layered puffy chappathi is ready
Repeat the same proces for the rest of the balls .
Enjoy it with curry or pickle
