Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients
Maida / self raising flour : 4 tbsp
Sugar : 4 tbsp
Coco powder : 1 tbsp
Egg : 1
Oil : 3 tbsp
Baking powder ( optional ) : 1 / 4 tsp
Choco Chips : 3 tbsp
Milk : 3 tbsp
Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients ( except Choco Chips ) together in a
mixing bowl , make sure you whisk the ingredients thoroughly
before adding to a mug .
2. Take the mug and fill it half way through add Choco Chips and
microwave for 2 minutes .
3. Dust with powder sugar or whipped cream and enjoy … .
Note: - ( the above quantity of ingredients serves for 2 mug cakes . by
adding the baking powder to maida you will get a spongy cake …
otherwise the cake will be moist while using the plain maida )
