PRAWN FRY


                               Prawn Fry

ingredients:

prawns: 500 gm
oil: 3 tbsp
red chilli powder : 1 tsp
onion ( finely chopped) : 1 no
tomatoes( finely chopped) 3 nos
ginger - garlic paste : 1 tsp
green chilly ( finely chopped) : 1 no
turmeric powder : 1 / 2 tsp
garam masala: 1 tsp
salt : to taste

instructions:

Heat the pan , add the oil . fry the onions till they are brown.
Add green chillies , ginger - garlic paste and mix them well , add
tomatoes. Now add red chilli powder , turmeric powder and garam
masala.
Boil the prawns for maximum 7 mins , not more than that, seperately
with little salt , turmeric powder in boiling water.
Finally add them to the masala.
Cook for 5 minutes .
Prawn fry is now ready
