FISH CURRY


                              Fish Curry

Ingredients:

Fish ( cutted into small pieces , any kind of fish) : 750 gm
Salt : 1 tsp
Coriander powder : 2 tsp
Red chilli powder : 1 / 2 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1 / 4 tsp
Yogurt : 1 cup
Mustard seeds : 1 / 4 tsp
Ginger paste : 1 tsp
Garlic paste : 1 tsp
Onions( thinly sliced ) : 1 / 4 cup
Mustard oil : 4 tbsp

Instructions:

1. Fry the onions in the oil . drain them out . add mustard seeds to
the oil. add masala to it .
2. Then add ginger and garlic . also add water and cook for 5
minutes .
3. Blend the onions with yogurt in the blender . add the blend to the
masala.
4. Cook till the oil gets separated, add fish to it and a cup of boiling
water .
5. Close the lid . once the pressure is built slimmer and cook for 5
minutes , then serve it and garnish with coriander leaves or curry
leaves .
