Bourbon Biscuit Cake
Ingredients :
1 cup biscuits ( marie biscuits crushed )
1 cup biscuits ( bourbon biscuit crushed )
chocolate powder : 45 g
low fat milk ( chilled) : 1 - 1 / 2 cup
baking powder ( or 1 pack eno fruit - salt )
Instructions:
1. In a bowl mix all ingredients , execpt eno and whisk ; in
one direction.
2. Then add eno and immediately ; pour in a cake
tin , covered with butter paper .
3. In a preheated oven bake for 15 min. or till knife comes
clean .
4. For Garnish
chocolate vermicelli
silver balls
vanilla ice cream
note : - vegan friends can substitute milk with plain water
