BHATURA


                                 Bhatura

Ingredients:

All purpose flour / maida : 3 cups
Milk : 1 / 2 cup
Baking soda : 1 / 2 tsp
Yogurt : 1 / 2 cup
Sugar : 1 tsp
Salt : as per the taste
Oil : for frying
Water : 1 / 2 - 1 cup

Instructions:

1. Take a pot and add all the ingredients together except water and
mix it well .
2. Slowly add water to make smooth dough and knead it for
minimum 7 - 10 mins .
3. Cover dough with wet kitchen towel and rest this in warm place
for minimum 4 - 5 hours.
4. After resting time over , start to make bhatura like flat
chapatti , meanwhile also take oil in pan for frying and keep it on
high flame until it properly hot .
5. Slowly add bhatura to it and fry it with both sides until its
become golden brown
